How to use :

1. Press button to fold or unfold
2. For Coarse Grinding , place the knife in the Coarse Grind groove and move the knife back and forth 3-5 times (if your knife isn't too bad, you can skip Coarse Grinding)
3. For Fine Grinding , place the knife in a fine groove and move the knife back and forth 3 to 5 times
4. Rinse with water, wipe with a cloth, air dry, store in a cool, dry place until next use.
